Pick-up
Your order will be ready in 60 minutes or less. We will email you once your order is prepared.
Shipping
We will ship your order within 24 hours after receiving payment and a tracking number will be provided for all shipping options. For security reasons, any changes to the address after the order is placed will not be accepted.
For orders meeting the minimum requirement of $80, we provide free economy shipping with delivery time 3-6 business days.
Additionally, we offer two flat-rate USPS options and two UPS rates calculated by weight.
USPS Shipping Options:
- USPS Ground Advantage: $4.95 (delivery time 3-5 business days)
- USPS Priority: $11.95 (delivery time 2-4 business days)
UPS Shipping Options (rates based on weight and destination):
- UPS Ground
- UPS Next Day Air Saver (order needs to be placed by 3 pm CST for next-business-day delivery)

International
We offer 5 shipping services and rates are based on the weight of your order. Delivery time and availability of services depend on the country the package is going to. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary.
Any import taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
- USPS First Class Package International (delivery time 7-28 business days). This shipping service is provided by your national postal services.
- UPS Standard (delivery time 2-10 business days)
- UPS Worldwide Expedited (delivery time 2-7 business days)
- UPS Worldwide Saver (delivery time 1-5 business days)
- DHL Worldwide (delivery time 3-7 business days)
You will be provided with real-time approximate delivery dates for all shipping options before you place your order.
Please report any delivery issues as soon as possible so we can resolve them quickly. We’re unable to assist with issues reported more than 120 days after delivery, as shipping companies cap the claim window at 120 days from the date of shipment.
